Our mission is to provide our clients with excellent service in order to support them in their drug discovery efforts. Our tools, core technologies and activities include a large repository of screening assays, custom made assay development, high-throughput screening (HTS), including access to our corporate compound collection AXXDIV and hit follow-up activities such as Selectivity Profiling, Specificity Profiling and Liability Profiling. Axxam offers the complete range of discovery programs, services and technologies on a fee-for-service basis or through sponsored agreements involving a research budget and milestone payments. Furthermore, we carry out our own proprietary lead discovery programs for some selected therapeutic areas.

Axxam is a privately owned biotech company with a team of about 60 highly skilled personnel. Axxam began operations as an independent and privately-owned company in November 2001, and its roots are built upon years of experience as part of the Bayer HealthCare, Research and Development organization.
